RNKJ wheelie bin tipping units can lift and empty nearly any type of wheelie bin or waste container, placing it into a compactor or roll-off bin.
These units are available in a wide variety, from stationary units with integrated compactors, mobile wheelie bin lifts, to floor-mounted bolt-on units designed to tip at a specific height for feeding material into larger bins or hoppers. Tipping heights range from 1000 mm to 3000 mm or more. These units offer a variety of power options, including fully hydraulic, hydraulic chain drive, or electric chain drive.
Our mobile wheelie bin lifts are ideal for lifting 80/120/240 liter wheelie bins, or larger 660/770/1100 liter wheelie bins, into a compactor. These units are equipped with two fixed casters and two swivel brake casters, allowing them to be easily moved from one location to another.

Product Operation Process
Trash cans are placed at the entrances of building corridors. Property management staff use garbage collection trucks to transport the garbage to a Bucket-type Garbage Compactor. After the garbage is compressed, a dedicated sanitation vehicle transports it to the waste disposal site, where it is unloaded and transported back to its original location.

Process Flow
1. Unloading: The loading arm vehicle will unload the empty Bucket Trash Compaction Station to the designated location.
2. Collection and compression of garbage: The cleaning staff will push the garbage to the side of the compactor and directly introduce it into the compression bin. Through the pusher in the compression head, the garbage is pushed into the box.
3. When the loading bin is 80% full, an automatic alarm will sound (the alarm light keeps flashing). The operator will operate the button to raise the loading device to the top of the compactor and place it there. Cut off all connections and prepare to lift the vehicle body.
4. Lifting: The loading arm vehicle lifts the fully loaded integrated garbage compactor bin.
5. Transfer: The loading arm vehicle locks the vehicle body and transports the fully loaded garbage vehicle to the garbage disposal site.
6. Disposal: The loading arm vehicle arrives at the garbage disposal site and disposes of the garbage by operating the control valve to open the rear door. It disposes the garbage in a dump truck manner. After the disposal, the operator closes and locks the rear door and completes the entire garbage disposal process in the driver's cabin. The empty vehicle body is unloaded to the designated location to collect the garbage.

Process Flow
