Product Operation Process
Trash cans are positioned at the entrances of building corridors for residents to dispose of waste. Property management staff then utilize garbage collection trucks to transport the collected waste to a Bucket Compression Waste Station. Once the waste is compressed, a dedicated sanitation vehicle conveys the compacted waste to the waste disposal site. After unloading the waste at the site, the sanitation vehicle returns to its original location to prepare for the next round of transportation.

Process Flow
Loading with a Tilting Bin: The operator pushes a full standard trash bin toward the equipment's tilting mechanism. Pressing the trigger button automatically clamps the bin, tilts it 120-180 degrees, and dumps the garbage into the equipment's compression chamber.
Hydraulic Compression: When the bin reaches the set volume, the hydraulic system drives the compression pusher plate, squeezing the garbage horizontally to reduce its volume to 1/3-1/5 of its original size. The expelled wastewater flows through the drainage holes at the bottom of the bin into a wastewater collection tank.
Storage for Transport: The compressed garbage blocks are temporarily stored in the equipment's storage bin. Once the bin is full, the garbage truck docks.
Unloading and Transfer: When the truck docks, the equipment uses a hydraulic push mechanism or tilts the storage bin to push the compressed garbage blocks into the truck, completing the processing cycle.
