The Walk Behind Floor Cleaning Scrubber is a floor cleaning device that mainly relies on human power for propulsion, combining mechanical and intelligent technologies. Its core function is to simultaneously complete floor scrubbing, wastewater collection, and drying. The Walk Behind Floor Cleaning Scrubber is suitable for hard floor scenarios such as shopping malls, factories, and hospitals. The design logic of the Walk Behind Floor Cleaning Scrubber is through the integrated process of "scrubbing - drying - self-cleaning", replacing the inefficient cleaning method of traditional mops + buckets, and simultaneously solving the hygiene blind spots and high consumption problems of manual cleaning.
Product Advantage
1. The frame is coated with double-layer anti-rust primer and undergoes secondary surface coating through electrostatic powder spraying, providing anti-rust and anti-shell protection. The coating has high hardness (anti-rust process: deburring before cutting - sanding - putty - epoxy zinc-rich primer (with zinc content of 40%) - powder spraying).
2. The vehicle's line control is designed by Tongji Automobile Research Institute. It uses national standard wires, waterproof connectors, flame-retardant wire tubes, well-known electrical components, and the wires are stripped by a stripping machine (the vehicle's line control is designed according to passenger car standards and is produced).
3. It comes with a standard high-pressure water gun for easier rinsing.
4. The water tank is made of imported PE (modified material) and is produced by the rolling molding process, which is more environmentally friendly and does not fade outdoors.
5. The ergonomic handle, silicone waterproof skirt, stainless steel 304 fastening screws of the entire vehicle.
6. The foot pedal lift brush disc and the suction brush allow for hands-free control of water volume without bending over to operate.
