Work mode
The loading and unloading are accomplished by the hydraulic hook arm system of the hook-arm vehicle: The hook-arm vehicle can place an empty hook-lift Bin at the designated collection point. Once the bin is filled with garbage, the hook-lift Bin will be lifted and transported to the vehicle through the hydraulic system, and then unloaded at the waste disposal site. Subsequently, the empty bin can be returned to the original collection point for reuse, achieving an efficient turnover of "one vehicle with multiple bins".
Main Structural Components
Box: Made of Q235 or Q345 carbon steel, welded as a whole. The side plates are 2-3mm thick, and the bottom plate is 3-5mm thick. It has a wave-proof partition to enhance structural strength.
Hook arm hanger: Welded at the front end, precisely matching the sliding rail of the hook arm vehicle, used for hooking and connecting.
Disposal opening: Top equipped with a flip cover or sliding cover, facilitating garbage disposal and with an arc-shaped design to reduce rainwater accumulation.
Roller: Installed at the bottom, facilitating the movement of the box and sliding during vehicle loading and unloading.
Locking mechanism: Ensuring a stable connection between the box and the vehicle, preventing shaking during transportation.

Working Process
The hydraulic system of the boom vehicle drives the boom to lower and engage the box body lifting ears.
The boom is raised, pulling the box along the guide rails to the vehicle chassis and locking it.
After being transported to the waste disposal site, the hydraulic system controls the boom to flip, automatically dumping the garbage.
Empty boxes return to the collection point or replace with other full boxes to continue the operation.
