Underground waste compactor is a newly developed, engineered domestic waste collection facility based on the design and market experience of traditional waste compactors, designed to meet the requirements of an environmentally friendly and resource-saving society.
1. Small Footprint, No Building Required
Underground waste compactor utilizes an integrated design, integrating the compactor, lifting mechanism, power supply, and electrical systems into a compact layout. A single complete waste station occupies only 30 square meters, significantly contributing to urban land conservation. It can be built in convenient locations such as roadsides, parks, squares, residential areas, markets, highway service areas, government agencies, enterprises, institutions, and hospitals, alleviating land acquisition challenges for both sanitation departments and end users, while also requiring minimal investment.
2. Beautiful External Environment, Minimal Secondary Pollution
Underground waste compactor requires minimal ground-level structures. The compactor is completely submerged, creating an aesthetically pleasing design that blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment. It eliminates secondary pollution and features built-in garbage deodorization, sterilization, and dust reduction, significantly reducing the impact of odor on the surrounding environment, completely eliminating the undesirable image of traditional waste stations. 3. Fully Automated Operation, Low Labor Intensity
This equipment utilizes a PLC control system, fully automated for garbage compression, box lifting, and vehicle docking. Operators simply press the appropriate buttons on the cabinet panel to complete all operations, making operation easy and significantly reducing labor intensity.
4. High Compression Ratio, Low Transportation Costs
The maximum compression force can reach approximately 80 tons, achieving a compression ratio of 2.5:1 for ordinary household waste. It also effectively reduces the amount of water in the waste, facilitating subsequent landfill or incineration. This effectively addresses the current challenges of long distances between landfills and power plants in my country and high transportation costs. It increases the capacity of garbage trucks, saving both vehicle hours and transportation costs.
5. Convenient transfer and docking: Compatible vehicles are readily available in the High-Tech Zone, eliminating the need for purchase.
The discharge port dimensions of the garbage station conform to national standards, making it easily compatible with various types of garbage trucks.
