The underground waste compactor works by using a hydraulically driven compression mechanism to physically compact waste. Combined with an underground structural design and an automated control system, it achieves efficient integration of waste volume reduction, storage, and transportation. The specific process is as follows:
1. Waste Disposal
Waste enters the underground compression chamber through a surface inlet. This chamber is a closed space that temporarily stores the waste to be compressed.
2. Hydraulic Compression and Volume Reduction
The equipment's hydraulic system drives the compression pusher, forcefully squeezing the waste in the compression chamber horizontally and vertically. Through continuous mechanical pressure, air and some moisture in the waste are expelled, significantly reducing its volume and achieving "volume reduction."
3. Waste Storage and Transportation Trigger
When the waste in the compression chamber reaches the set capacity, the automated control system triggers the transportation process: the compressed waste block is lifted to the ground by a lifting mechanism and docked with a hook-lift garbage truck to complete the sealed transportation of the waste.
4. Environmental Protection and Intelligent Control
Sealed and Leak-Proof: The compression chamber and discharge port feature a fully enclosed design, coupled with a wastewater collection tank and high-pressure flushing system, to prevent odor diffusion and wastewater leakage.
Intelligent Scheduling: The PLC system automates the compression, lifting, and unloading processes, and allows for remote monitoring of equipment status, intelligently scheduling collection times based on waste volume.
In summary, its core is the integration of hydraulic compression and volume reduction, underground space utilization, and automated transfer, improving waste treatment efficiency while addressing the problems of insufficient surface space and poor environmental performance.
