Double Box Garbage Station is a basic type of fixed garbage transfer facility, equipped with two separate garbage storage boxes. It does not have the function of garbage compression throughout the process. It only serves to collect and temporarily store garbage for transfer, and is a lightweight garbage disposal solution for small communities, towns, and other similar scenarios.
Daily inspection
1. Check if the cover of the feeding port and the sealing strip of the rear door are tightly closed to prevent odors from leaking out and mosquitoes from entering.
2. Check if there is any leakage of filtrate from the box body, weld seams, and bottom, and if the locks and hinges are loose or damaged.
3. Confirm that the filtrate collection tank and the drainage valve are unobstructed.
4. Check if the classification labels are clear and complete, without any damage or obstruction.
5. Observe if the box body has any obvious deformation or rust, and if the foundation is stable.
Cleaning and Disinfection
1. The floor inside the station and the exterior of the boxes are cleaned daily, with no garbage scattered or oil stains or water accumulation.
2. The interior of the boxes is regularly rinsed, with no garbage residue in the corners or collection tanks, and no hidden areas of uncleanliness.
3. Regular deodorization and disinfection are carried out to inhibit the growth of bacteria, odors, mosquitoes and flies.
4. The surrounding environment is kept clean, with no clutter of items and no unauthorized construction.
Leachate Management
1. Regularly clean the collection tanks to prevent residue from blocking the drainage outlets.
2. Collect and discharge the leachate uniformly, and do not directly discharge it into the soil or rainwater pipelines.
3. The drainage valves operate normally without any dripping, leakage or accidental opening.
Box Structure and Sealing Maintenance
1. Replace rubber sealing strips promptly if they become worn or damaged to ensure a tight seal.
2. Lubricate and tighten hinges, support rods, and locks regularly to ensure smooth operation of the switch.
3. Repair any box deformations caused by impacts in a timely manner to prevent the expansion of gaps and the resulting leakage of liquids or odors.
4. Ensure the rain shelter/roof is intact to prevent rainwater from entering and increasing the amount of leachate.
Classification and Disposal Management
1. Guide residents to properly sort and dispose of waste, prohibiting mixed collection and disposal.
2. Clear and remove overflowing bins promptly to prevent garbage from being exposed and causing secondary pollution.
3. Prohibit the disposal of construction waste, large items, and hazardous waste.
Disposal Operation Specifications
1. When using the hook-arm vehicle for lifting and transportation, handle with care and place gently to avoid damaging the box.
2. After disposal, ensure the box is properly returned to its position, and lock the rear door and close the feeding port.
3. Before leaving the disposal site, clear any scattered garbage on the ground.
Safety Management
1. The hand-protection device at the feeding port is in good condition and poses no safety risks.
2. The floor inside the station is slip-resistant and the warning signs are clear.
3. For simple electrical equipment such as electrically operated opening of the cover, check that the wiring is undamaged and there is no leakage.
4. Prohibit irrelevant personnel from climbing or tampering with the box.
Regular Maintenance
1. Conduct lubrication, tightening, and inspection of seals every month.
2. Perform anti-corrosion painting and touch-up painting annually to extend the lifespan of the box.
