Loading and feeding: The sanitation workers use a small collection vehicle to pour the garbage into the hopper. The hydraulic system drives the hopper to rotate, and the garbage automatically enters the compression chamber; or they can directly unload the garbage onto a small collection vehicle.
Cyclic compression: The PLC activates the hydraulic system, and the pusher moves horizontally from back to front, repeatedly squeezing the garbage. Air and filtrate are expelled, reducing the volume of the garbage to one-third of its original size. After compaction, the density is high.
Sealed storage: After compression is completed, the pusher retracts, and the rear door is locked to seal the container. The garbage is temporarily stored in the container in a sealed manner, without any odor or sewage leakage.
Quick transportation: After the box is fully loaded, the hook-arm vehicle arrives for docking. Using hydraulic devices, the entire box is lifted and transported to the transfer vehicle, which then directly transports it to the waste treatment plant. Empty boxes are quickly returned to their original positions and continue to operate, achieving separation of the vehicle and box, and enabling repeated circulation and turnover.
Compression box body
Core load-bearing structure, with a volume range of 8-22 cubic meters. It is made of thickened wear-resistant steel plates, and the inner walls are treated for corrosion resistance. The service life is 8-10 years.
The bottom is equipped with a filtrate collection tank and an outlet. The entire process is sealed to collect sewage, avoiding leakage and pollution.
The rear door is equipped with double lip rubber seals and a mechanical locking mechanism. After compression, it is completely sealed, blocking odors and mosquitoes.
Hydraulic compression system
