Build an integrated system for underground intelligent collection, sealed compression, and efficient transportation of domestic waste, achieving a full-process closed-loop management of residents' domestic waste from disposal, collection, compression to terminal processing, and solving problems such as odor emission, large land occupation, and secondary pollution in traditional garbage collection.


Overall Concept

Based on the entire process of handling residents' household waste, a complete route is designed, including waste collection, intelligent collection, sealed compression, professional transportation, and the waste treatment plant. It is equipped with an underground waste collection system, waste compression stations, and collection and transportation vehicles, suitable for use in various scenarios such as communities, commercial streets, and urban landscape areas, while taking into account environmental protection, practicality, and economy.


System Overall Architecture

Garbage Collection End: Underground garbage collection system + electric collection vehicles, achieving garbage classification and sealed collection;

Garbage Compression End: Nine-cubic-meter hopper-type garbage compression station, underground garbage compression station, completing garbage reduction and compression;

Garbage Transfer End: Boom-type garbage truck, transporting the compressed garbage to the garbage treatment plant.

Core Function

It adopts an underground concealed design and is equipped with intelligent sensing / foot pedal dual opening discharge ports. It supports garbage classification disposal, without any odor leakage and does not occupy the ground landscape space.

Garbage Compression Station

This plan is equipped with two types of compression stations: a 9-cubic-meter material hopper type and a 9-cubic-meter landscape underground type. Both adopt horizontal compression technology and are suitable for different site requirements.

Garbage collection and transportation operation process

Mode 1: Underground garbage collection system process

Place classified garbage in the intelligent collection ports underground;

Electric bucket trucks collect the garbage from the underground system and transfer it to the garbage compression station;

The compression station performs horizontal compression on the garbage to achieve volume reduction and weight reduction;

15T telescopic trucks transfer the compressed garbage to the garbage treatment plant.

Mode 2: Ground direct compression process

Residents or collection vehicles directly place the garbage in the hopper-type / buried compression station;

The compression station automatically completes the garbage compression;

15T telescopic trucks transfer the compressed garbage to the terminal treatment plant.
