The core working principle of the Hopper Garbage Compactor is as follows: It is driven by a hydraulic power system to operate the compression mechanism, which forcefully compresses and reduces the volume of the loose garbage fed into the hopper, forming high-density garbage blocks for storage and transportation. At the same time, through a fully enclosed process and an environmental protection system, it effectively controls the leakage liquid and odors, eliminating the occurrence of secondary pollution.The Hopper Garbage Compactor is driven by hydraulic power to operate the compression mechanism. The hopper collects the bulk garbage in a centralized manner. Through hydraulic forceful squeezing, the garbage is reduced in volume and compacted. The entire machine adopts a movable compression box structure. After the box is filled with compressed garbage, it can be directly lifted and towed away for transfer by a hook-arm garbage truck. There is no need for secondary dumping. The entire process is fully enclosed and carried out automatically.


Complete Work Process

Material In/Out Handling

Small garbage collection vehicles and sanitation tricycles directly dump household waste into the hydraulic hopper of the equipment.

The hopper is hydraulically flipped to automatically pour the garbage into the compression box below, with the entire process being enclosed and without any garbage scattering.


Hydraulic Compaction

The hydraulic pump station provides high-pressure power to drive the internal pushing oil cylinder and push plate to move back and forth.

Continuous horizontal compression is applied to the loose garbage inside the box, compacting, reducing volume, and extracting water from the garbage. The filtrate flows from the bottom of the box and is directed into the sewage tank.

Repeated material dumping and compression continue until the entire mobile compression box is filled with compacted garbage.


Empty Box Ready for Transfer

After the box is full, the equipment automatically stops, locks the box, and the control system alerts that it is full. It awaits the arrival of the hook arm transfer vehicle.


Hook Arm Vehicle Overall Transfer

The hook arm vehicle parks at the designated position of the compression station, and the vehicle's hydraulic long arm extends.

The hook arm hook locks the dedicated hanging point of the compression box, lifts and detaches from the ground-fixed position.

The hook arm vehicle drags the full garbage box and smoothly places it on the vehicle frame.

The entire vehicle then drives away and is transported to the waste incineration plant or landfill for unloading.


Empty Box Positioning for Cycle Operation

After the hook arm vehicle has completed the garbage transfer, it brings back the empty box.

The empty box is hoisted and placed back at the fixed position of the compression station, automatically aligned and locked. The equipment immediately resumes material feeding and compression, entering the next work cycle.
