The garbage compressor mainly consists of compression chamber assembly, garbage box assembly, push head, discharge door, bucket mechanism, electronic control system and hydraulic system:
1. The compression chamber assembly and garbage box assembly are the components that perform the compression operation. The compression chamber is the channel for compressing garbage, and the garbage box is the loading volume after the garbage is compressed.
2. The push head is the pressure mechanism that presses the garbage from the compression chamber into the garbage box, which can effectively crush and compress the garbage.
3. The discharge door is the device for unloading the garbage.
4. The bucket mechanism is the feeding device of the compressor and is installed at the front of the compressor body.
5. The electronic control system is the control center of the entire compressor. All actions are controlled by the PLC program and can achieve the following main functions:(1) Hydraulic system protection: When the hydraulic system oil temperature is high, the system will automatically start the cooling system. When the oil temperature is too low, the system automatically activates the hydraulic oil heating system until the oil temperature rises to the appropriate temperature; (2) It can realize automatic compression cycle. When the compression cycle button is pressed, the push head can automatically move back and forth in the compression chamber; (3) It can realize automatic fault diagnosis. When the compressor does not work normally, it can automatically determine the cause of the fault and display it on the display screen; (4) Full pressure alarm: When the garbage in the garbage bin is compressed to a certain density, the pressure value of the hydraulic system is analyzed. From the perspective of safety, equipment protection and efficiency, the system automatically alarms.
6. Hydraulic system: The entire hydraulic pump station is installed on a drawer-type pump bracket with a compact structure, energy saving and environmental protection. The main components of the system are all well-known brands, ensuring high system reliability and low noise.
