Common Troubleshooting Methods for Dual-Box Garbage Stations

Loud Operational Noise

Causes:

1. Wire rope tension and tension are inconsistent.

2. Lift arm slider is severely worn.

3. No lubricant is present in the arm lubrication area.

4. Loose arm seat and anchor bolts.

Solution:

1. Adjust the wire rope tension and tension to be consistent.

2. Adjust the sliding clearance using the 8:6 method.

3. Add lubricant.

4. Adjust the arm seat and anchor bolts.

Insufficient Lift Pressure

Causes:

1. Insufficient hydraulic oil in the tank.

2. Loose oil line connector.

3. Damaged connector gasket.

4. Loose relief valve adjusting nut.

5. Air in the upper chamber of the cylinder.

6. Damaged Y-ring piston ring and other seals in the cylinder.

7. Reverse oil pump rotation.

8. Damaged gear pump.

Solution:

1. Add hydraulic oil to the original oil level. 2. Check and tighten the joints.

3. Check and replace the gaskets.

4. Adjust the original pressure and tighten the nuts.

5. Repeat the lifting and lowering operation to expel air.

6. Inspect the hydraulic cylinder and replace any damaged parts.

7. Adjust the power connector.

8. Inspect and replace the gear pump.

The vehicle pallet is stuck or pushed out in a figure-eight position.

Causes:

1. The pallet's ground wheel frame is loose.

2. The linkage wire rope has different tensions.

3. There is dirt on the guide rail.

4. The ground wheel shaft is not lubricated and rusted.

5. There is dirt between the gear and rack.

6. There are missing teeth on the gear or rack.

Solution:

1. Adjust the ground wheel frame and tighten the bolts.

2. Adjust the wire rope to ensure uniform tension and equal distance between the two ends.

3. Clean the guide rail.

4. Inspect the ground wheel and add lubricant.

5. Clean the dirt. 6. Replace the gear or rack.
